How to get a refund on GoodShort

Honest expectation

Out-of-window refunds are discretionary

Inside 48 hours, Apple/Google refund almost everything. Past 48 hours, refunds are case-by-case: a mistaken auto-renew, a service outage, or a billing error typically succeed; a change-of-mind usually doesn't. Explain what happened plainly and don't threaten chargebacks — those get the account closed.
