How to cancel your ShortMax subscription
Cancelling a ShortMax subscription varies by where you signed up — iOS billing goes through Apple, Android goes through Google Play, and web signups are managed inside ShortMax itself. Pick your route below.

Can I get a refund?
The 48-hour window + what to try after
Apple and Google both offer a 48-hour self-service refund window after the charge. After that, Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com are discretionary — Apple decides case-by-case. Google Play refunds follow the same rule. The platforms don't own mobile billing, so refund disputes usually go through Apple or Google, not the app.
Common pitfall
Deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription
Removing the app from your phone has no effect on the billing — the subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in Settings (iOS) or Play Store (Android). This is the single most common question we get on this page.
