Twisted Vows

Twisted Vows is a 56-episode KalosTV short drama. Twenty-eight-year-old Maya Williams, a junior designer in New York, is constantly exploited by her snobbish mother and malicious elder sister while footing the bills for her wasteful younger brother. On the eve of her wedding, she catches her fiancé cheating with her sister and is publicly humiliated. Desperate, she strikes a contract marriage deal with mysterious tycoon Leo Black: she will help him fend off his family’s marriage pressure in exchange for financial support and freedom. Maya later learns Leo is the billionaire heir to a real estate empire, leaving her sister, who has been chasing Leo, utterly stunned. With Leo’s covert backing, Maya grows confident, launches her own design studio and repeatedly outshines her sister, beating her at a major design award. Their contractual marriage is nearly exposed by Leo’s ex-girlfriend, and her family smears her reputation. Refusing to rely on wealth, Maya leaves Leo. Eventually, she wins a landmark project of his group through her own talent. Leo pursues her sincerely without any contract. Maya exposes all her sister’s lies in public, and they hold a genuine wedding built on true love.
