ICE BOUND

ICE BOUND is a 30-episode KalosTV short drama. Seven years ago, Soren Voss was the king of American pairs figure skating. During a fatal quadruple throw jump, his partner and lover Adrian fell from his hands and died. The autopsy report showed banned substances in Adrian's system—Soren's coach Viktor Kresh had planted the remaining drugs in Soren's locker, forcing him to choose: Go public and let Adrian be remembered as a "cheating drug addict who died in disgrace," or take the fall for the dead man and let Adrian keep his reputation as a "glorious martyr." Soren carried the burden for Adrian's mother for seven years. Seven years later, he'd fallen to being the choreography assistant to genius rookie Jude Calloway, working as a "doping scapegoat." Jude told the whole team, "I only skate with him"—their competition program was themed as a "love story," with rules forcing them into close contact, lifts, and eye contact; while Viktor forbade any contact off the ice. What Soren didn't know: Jude was Adrian's younger brother, who'd spent seven years growing up just to uncover the truth himself. But Jude also didn't know—the man he wanted revenge on was a saint who'd carried the sin for his brother for seven years. The two gradually grew sparks amid suspicion and touch.
